Workshop #1: Brand & Tee Shirt Design & Cross Fit Training

- Create artwork for a tee shirt
- Screen printing workshop - how to make a tee shirt
- Make a website to sell your tees (ecommerce)
The Workshop: 4 Sessions Duration: 5 Hours Each
Day 1: Intro/Culture of Branding @ Academy of Lions - 12PM Sun November 27th
Day 2: Brand Refinement @ Academy of Lions - 12PM Sunday December 4th
Day 3: Tee Shirt Screen Printing & eCommerce @ The Baitshop - 12PM Sat December 10th
Day 4: Tee Shirt Screen Printing Workshop @ The Baitshop - 12PM Sun December 11th
Workshop is open to youth aged 14-25 **Space is limited to 12 participants**

Workshop #2: Aerosol Safety and Graffiti with Cross Fit Training
- Learn about and discuss the history of graffiti and street art.
- Learn about the tools & initial techniques of spray painting using aerosols.
- Push yourself to your limits with CrossFit, a core strength and conditioning program developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks.
- Plus get a free North Safety mask, filters & goggles set. ($125 Value)

Cross Fit Art is funded by ProAction Cops & Kids, a charitable organization that provides funding for Toronto Police programs for youth at risk.
